Isn’t it two-faced to send funds for abortions to Africa and cut the funds in the US?

Interesting comparison to be drawn:
one president of European ancestry sends unprecedented amounts of money to Africa to fight a deadly disease;
the next president, son of an African, in his first days in office sends US funds to Africa for abortions…
