The RNC is hitting this hard with the hope of gaining some political capitol to be cashed in come mid-term election time. It is an arguable point that they are enjoying the scandal overly much, but the facts presented are accurate. Possibly more pertinent than the Republican’s glee at the downfall of a high profile Democrat is the President elect’s inability to be open and transparent on this issue.
