Michelle took a humorous approach to this, which I get a kick out of. I would just add that I think it is reasonable and just that President-elect Obama call for the resignation of Governor Blagojevich. It is good that he is taking a decisive position on this associate this early in the game. In the past (think Wright, Ayers, etc.) the President-elect has been hesitant to cut ties with people who were political liabilities. Let’s say he’s already reaping the benefits of a little on the job training.

Blagojevich has been so successful at making himself and his office look ridiculous that about a million people are now able to remember and maybe even spell his crazy name — that’s sort of like an accomplishment, right?
